Just like Daddy!

Lately Will has been doing whatever daddy does. I am trying to take pictures of it all becuase it is really cute. Here are a few.

Will likes to put his feet on the coffee table just like daddy. Its hard with short legs but he figured it out.

Just like daddy! I love both of my boys so much. Looking forward to watching Will learn more from his daddy. He is lucky to have such a good one!

Mother's Day Weekend

We spent this mothers day weeekend in Fort Worth visiting Will's Mia, Mimi and Nana. On sat we headed to the zoo. Not a great picture, Will didn't want to cooperate, but it's the only one of the whole group.

Our first stop was to see the Gorilla's. Will was excited to see them because his new favorite book to read before bed is Goodnight Gorilla.


Then off to see the elephants. Will kept asking to ride the elephants. This is becuase when he went to the circus and he rode one there.

After the train ride Will got to ride the merry go round. He loved waving at everyone as he went around.

After riding the horse we headed over to see the Penguins. We were just in time to watch them getting fed. Outside of the penguin exibit there was a zoo keeper that was showing a baby
flamingo. Will just looked, he was not sure about petting it.

After a great lunch and a long nap Will woke up just in time to watch the Kentuky Durby. We all picked a horse (no betting just for fun) and Will's horse won! Nana had picked Animal Kingdom for Will since he likes animals. After the race Will kept asking to watch the horses run fast. This is a a sweet pciture of Will watching the horses with Mimi.

Saturday we cooked out and Will played in the pool. Even though the water was kinda chilly he was happy to get in and splash around.

Sunday we went to church and had a nice lunch at P.F. Changs to celebrate Mother's Day with everyone.

Hippity Hoppity Easter's On It's Way!

Well, Easter has come and gone but I like that song. Will enjoyed a few Easter celebrations. On Easter weekend we went to visit Grandma, Papa, Uncle Greg and Aunt Missy.

Before we headed to the lake Will got to open his Easter basket from the Easter bunny ( a few days early)! He was soo excited to find a big truck, a fire truck and bubbles!

Will was checking to see if there was anything hiding under the grass in the basket.

When we got to Grandma and Papa's house Grandma was ready to dye easter eggs.

The next morning we headed to the lodge for a big Easter egg hunt. Will enjoyed picking up each egg opening then up before he went to look for another one.

When he found a "pop" he was soo excited!

After a good nap we headed to the pond to fish. Uncle Greg came to show Will how it was done. Too bad the fish were not biting. We didn't catch anything, but Will had fun realing in the bobber.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. Looking forward to many more fun Easter celebrations.
