Spring Break in Broken Bow Oklahoma

On Saturday we headed to Broken Bow, Oklahoma for a wonderful trip with friends and family. We had a caravan of three cars. Will, Maggie and their mom's road in a car and their dad's road in a separate car. The drive was nice and the kids did great. We made one pit stop in Bonham for a McDonalds lunch.

On Sunday it rained all day and the house ended up having leaks through the window.
What to do on a rainy day??  Watch a movie with your buddies!
play play doh!

The rain held off for a little while so we could hang out by the fire.

Monday started off cloudy but much better than the rain the day before.  We all got ready and headed out to go fishing!

It was beautiful!
Then we found a fun park. The kids had lots of fun swinging, climbing and sliding.

Will is racing his cousing Jonathan!

After we all took a good nap we all got to ride the train!  Will loves trains so he was super excited.

After the tain ride we decided to do some more sight seeing.  The weather was perfect!!
Will had so much fun fiding rocks and throwing them into the water.  He could have done this all day!

Throwing more rocks with Maggie!

After a yummy dinner we were fire side again!  Smore time!  Will isn't the biggest Smore fan but he does love the chocolate and maybe a little bite of a marshmellow too!
Martin's, Saavedra's and Abraham's

Tuesday we all packed up and took a group picture before we headed out.  We had so much fun with everyone, we didn't want to leave!

The cabin.
It was so beautiful and was in a perfect location.  We coudn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We all decided on our way out we would stop to do horse back riding.  We were so dissapointed when we found out they were all booked up for the day. The kids got to look at the horses but didn't get a ride.

Beautiful deer, soo close to us!

Instead of horseback riding we decided to explore a little more.  We found a small bridge that went aross the water.  Will got to throw a few more rocks into the water and we took a few more pics before we made the drive back home.

We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to go back soon!!
