Birthday Celebration and Bluebonnets

A couple of weeks ago we went to Ft. Worth to celebrate Mimi, Nana and Aunt Katy's birthdays. It's hard to get us all together for each birthday so we do one big celebration. This year we went to Bob's at the Omni in Fort Worth. Will had to make sure he signed all of the cards.

signing the cards

( very serious even with the silly glasses on)

Will was a perfect boy at dinner. This is not a restraunt most would take a 2 year old, but Will was wonderful!

Hanging out with Uncle Joe

The next morning Will got to open his Easter present from Mimi, Nana and Mia. He was soo happy when he opened....

a broom!! I know you are probably thinking really?? But yes, Will loves to clean and loves to use the broom!

Totally happy with his new toy, showing his "cheese face"

Making sure Mia's floors are nice and clean.

Will also got a cute little chair for outside.

I have been wanting to get Will's picture taken in the bluebonnets for a while. We tried when we went to Tyler but didn't find any we could get to. So I had heard of some in Allen. After school last week we went for a ride to find them. Well, I found them AND a big tractor about to plow them over. I quickly got out and put Will in the middle of what was left of them. He didn't really care about the bluebonnets but REALLY liked the tractor! It was very close! I am pretty
sure once we got these pictures the flowers were not there much longer. =( But in a few months there will be a nice baseball field or a parking lot in thier place. I guess next year I will be looking for a new spot!

Weekend in Tyler

Last weekend we took a road trip to Tyler to visit our very good friends the Kovash's. The weather was perfect so the kids got to play a outside. Will's new favorite toy is their Jeep or "Beep Beep" as Hudson calls it. Here Will is taking Hudson for a spin. Will never really got the hang of it, just kept giving Hudson a little whip lash. Santa might have to bring Will one next Christmas. The weekend was also spent finding bugs, going for walks, playing with side walk chalk and chasing the cat around.

Hudson's turn to drive...Will was loving it!

We took a walk down the street, the boys were looking at the mud.

Walking back home.

Will loved chasing Hat around and petting her. He love animals!

All of that playing outside made for some dirty boys!

Bathtime!

( I love this picture of Hudson, what a cutie!)

Will's first experience with bath foam. I think he liked it.

Sunday morning the boys spent a little time on the computer and they all had to sit in the same chair.

We can't wait for many more weekends spent with the Kovash's. The boys had so much fun together and so did their parents.
