Wonderful Weekend!

On Saturday Will enjoyed watching his first hockey game. He sat in his own seat for most of the game and watched intensely! We look forward to enjoying another game soon.

Will showing his cheese face!

The weather finally warmed up a bit so we got out to enjoy it. I don't have any pictures of our trip to the park but Will had fun climbing up the equipment and going down the big twisty slide all by himself. He would tell me "no mama" if I got to close to him becuase he wanted to do it all by himself. So Justin and I enjoyed watching him from the park bench! We have a very independent boy!

Snow in Texas...Again!

It all started Monday night when the sleet came in. The roads were very icy so they closed school Tuesday. The temperature stayed in the teens and 20's making it hard for the ice to melt. So we continued to miss school and work for the rest of the week. It didn't help that 5 to 6 inches of snow came on Thursday night and covered up the ice. Luckly the sun cam out on Sat. and the snow/ice started to melt. Thanks goodness because we were starting to get crazy looking at the same four walls.

Wednesday Will and Maggie played together all day. The Martin's lost heat at thier house so they came over to stay warm until it was fixed.

Maggie and Will playing Play Dough. They are both concentrating so hard.

Justin stayed home from work except for Thursday when he made the long icy trip into work. This is Justin when he got home from work. Both Maggie and Will were excited to see him.

On Friday Maggie came over the play agian. We are so lucky that the Martins live in the neighborhood. Will and I would have been bored without friends to play with while we were snowed/ iced in for 4 days.

When my cousin and her family got to our house we all went out to play. Again, we are lucky they live so close too. Will loved the snow.

Family photo. I can't belive all of the snow. This is Texas people, its not supposed to do this! But we are glad it does because Will woudn't know snow other wise.

Maggie, Jonathan (not too happy), Michael and Will.

Our little snow bunnies!

After playing in the snow we all came inside and played. What a fun time! We are so lucky our kids get along so well and have fun together.

Will found his jack-in-the-box that I had put away in the game room.

Love his face when the Jack pops up and yes he did they everytime he poped up! Too cute!

Maggie wasn't making good choices (can't remember why she had to go to time out) but Will loves Maggie and so everytime she goes to timeout he will go and sit with her. It's so funny and sweet. She is usually pretty upset and crying. I think he is trying to console her.

Will loves to wear any shoes he can find even mommy's! I cought him twice this week with my shoes on. So silly! Ok, I am sure you have noticed that Will is in the PJ's in almost every picture. Yes, we were very lazy and since we were stuck inside we did stay in our jammies all day!

Trying to vacuum while wearing hot pink high heels! (In his jammies again) I know he is going to kill me for taking these pictures one day!

On Sat. We headed to the Martin's to have dinner and play some games. Maggie and Will were sitting at he pic nic table andwaiting for thier dinner.

Michael and Jonathan also waiting for thier dinner. Maggie didn't want her picture taken.

Dinner Time!

After dinner we made cookies. Will was realy excited about his cookie and showed mommy his cheese face.

Of course Jack had to get out his masks for the kids to try on.

Will in another mask. So silly!

We were stuck inside while the weather was bad but we didn't mind. We had lots of fun with our friends and managed to stay pretty busy, which isn't hard with a two year old!

Yee Haw Cowboy!

On Friday after work and school we headed to Fort Worth for the Rodeo! This is a tradition for Justin's family. We all go every year. This is Will's third Rodeo and I would have to say the most fun yet.

In the car on Friday, he played with his hat forever but couldn't realy
get it to stay on while in his car seat.

Wen we got to the Rodeo we headed to the barns to see all of the animals. Will enjoyed the Children's Barn where all of the baby animals are.

Little Cowboy. Checking out the animals.

So Cute!

In the Coliseum before the Rodeo started. Will was not excited to get his picture taken. He had just woken up from a little nap in his stoller.

Will loved the Deer Jerkey that Uncle Joe brought. We were all surprised because it was kinda spicy from all the pepper. It didn't really bother him at all.

Mia and Will

After the Rodeo we headed to the petting zoo. Will loved getting to pet and feed the animals.

He liked this little goats antlers or maybe they are called horns.

This goat was all about the food Will had. Another little goat came to get some and he head butted him out of the way.

After the petting zoo Will got to ride a horse. He was so excited and had such a good time. He fussed when his turn was up.

A view of Down Town Fort Worth from the parking garage on our way home. What a wonderful day! The weather was perfect! Will had such a good time and sat through the whole 2 hour Rodeo. He loved looking at all of the animals. We are already looking forward to next year.

Being silly, wearing dada's boots. One day he will have a pair of his own!
