Silly Boy

Will's new favorite thing to do is to go into the study/his playroom and close the door and press his face against the glass. He thinks this is really fun, I am not sure he will think it is fun when he gets older and I make him clean the glass when he is done. Just kidding! He makes me laugh I love watching him do silly things like this. He is learning new things everyday.

Snowy Day!

Dallas got record snowfall Thursday into Friday. We got 12 inches, school was even cancelled. Will was not too sure about the snow. The first few pics are early in the day Thursday, the last two pics are on Friday after the snow had stopped. This is him trying to eat the snow as it falls from the sky.
He kept looking at the snow on the ground.

The Park

Will loves the swing!! He also has started to like the slide too. When I start to count he gets the biggest smile on his face because when I get to three he knows he gets to slide down.

Will also enjoys playing with the wood chips or should I say putting the wood chips in his mouth.

More Swinging!!!

Play Date

On Saturday before we went to the Rodeo we stopped by to see Erin (my best friend from high school) and her son Connor who were in town. Will had fun playing with all of Connor's toys. Connor was very good at sharing.

Future Star's player.

Connor and Will banging on the window. So much fun.

Rodeo

Last weekend we went to Fort Worth for our annual trip to the Rodeo. Will was ready for the festivities, he even had boots. We also bought him a straw and a felt cowboy hat. They are really cute, too bad he won't keep them on his head. Last year Will slept and cried through most of the rodeo. This year Will really enjoyed looking at all of the animals and eating a corn dog!
Will got to take his picture with a baby goat. He was not to sure of it. The goat was really sweet.

Will and daddy waiting for the Rodeo to start.

Will sitting in his own seat. What a big boy!

As you can see he didn't sit in the seat for long, he was such a trooper, the rodeo was during nap time so he took a little nap on his Mia's lap.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

We had a wonderful Christmas a great New Year. These pics are in reverse order.

Getting ready to eat our New Years Eve meal. Will loved the fried turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes.

We had the Martin's and the Saavedra's over for New Years Eve. It was a great night. We made a feast and ate in the dinning room with the kids. It was lots of fun.

Jack and Justin pulling our fried turkey out of the oil. It was very yummy. This was our first fried turkey. We might have started a tradition.

Justin and his first fried Turkey.

We spend Christmas Eve with Justin's family and then Christmas day with my parents. We are very lucky our parents live close by. Here is Will helping daddy put together Will's present from Grandma and Papa.

Will with his favorite Christmas present. A toothbrush! Thanks Mia, Nana and Mimi.

Christmas Eve

We were lucky this year and had a white Christmas. Will didn't know what to think about the snow. It was soo cold so we didn't stay out for long.

Will went to see Santa to tell him what he wanted for Christmas because he was a really good boy this year!

Will's First Birthday Party!

Will had a great time at his first birthday party. All of his close friends and family came to celebrate with him. I think his favorite part was eating his cake. Thanks to all who came it was a wonderful time.

Riding on his new rocking horse.

Yum Yum!

The hat did not stay on long.

Will enjoyed helping mom open presents, mostly he liked the cards, tissue paper and wrapping paper. He has since gotten into playing with the gifts.

Will is chewing on the ear his first piggy bank. It is painted like a football.

Lots and lots of presents. We have a spoiled boy!
